Primary Closure of Single tooth Gap

單顆牙的 advanced GBR ，primary closure 是個蠻大的挑戰，甚至比多顆牙還困難。

用 " tension breaking suture "，可更可靠的達成 single tooth primary closure。

適合用在 vertical GBR or palatal GBR 比較嚴苛的情況。

比較簡單的GBR，用一般 horizontal mattress 縫合就沒什麼問題了。

手術前可見，palatal site 有 horizontal ridge deficiency

palatal side 有 horizontal bone deficiency

 使用 ti mesh 做 palatal horizontal GBR

在 apical 6 mm 處，使用 SEI tension breaking suture 減少張力。

coronal 仍有使用 horizontal mattress suture

最 crest 在用 simple interrupted suture
